🏗️ PROJECTS: The $7.7T Blueprint for Living

From Shelter to Sanctuary

We are not just raising capital; we are raising the standard of human existence. The goal is simple: every member of the 8.25 billion deserves a place to call home.

The Primary Objective: Global Affordable Housing. The cornerstone of the $7.7 Trillion Mission is the eradication of homelessness. We believe that a home is the foundation of dignity, health, and economic mobility. We aren't building 'units'; we are building the infrastructure of Hope.

The Three Pillars of Project Execution

  • Pillar 1: Radical Affordability – By utilizing "Unseen Solutions" in modular construction and sustainable materials, we aim to slash development costs without sacrificing beauty or longevity.

  • Pillar 2: The $7.7T Distribution – Revenue from the Simon Collective Store and Fine Art Gallery is directly reinvested into local housing initiatives.

  • Pillar 3: Dignified Design – Poverty-alleviation housing should not look like poverty; our projects prioritize light, air, and aesthetics—reflecting the "Forever for Humanity" philosophy.

Project Phases

  1. Phase I: The Architect’s Circle (Current) – Securing the first round of capital through the Simon Collective Portfolio launch.

  2. Phase II: Prototype Alpha – The construction of our first community-model affordable housing development.

  3. Phase III: The Global Scale – Deploying the $7.7T fund to replicate the housing model in the world’s most vulnerable regions.
