To achieve this architectural creation, Simon is actively seeking to attract talented individuals from across the globe who are willing to make a meaningful and lasting impact on society. The initial project, backed by financial contributions from international investors, aims to establish a model for future initiatives. This precedent is intended to inspire further investment in projects that enhance the well-being of communities worldwide.

It will be a requirement for both the interior and exterior workplaces at Simon's. Human beings are highly valuable in their unique ways, but it is essential to show them how much they matter. That is the reality!
3. ** We Will Build:** The design of all our housing models will be truly unique, aiming to impress everyone who sees them. Our projects are not just for the homeless or low-income individuals; they are meant to inspire dignity in those who have shown tremendous resilience in embracing life, regardless of the challenges they face. Ownership of the Housing projects
Timeline: The housing project's timeline includes three phases.
PHASE 1
The phase 1 target deadline is December 2025, to purchase the land and move toward the zoning process
PHASE 2
The phase 2 target deadline is March 2026, to start the 120 housing unit foundations and move toward building homes to be completed by November 30, 2026.
PHASE 3
The phase 3 deadline is December 2026, to start bringing the homeless and low-income families into their new homes
Budget: The budget for this first housing project is $324,200,000, which includes
$200,000 for 4.356 acres of land
$300,000,000 for building 1,200 housing units
$4,000,000 for workshop, prayer, playground, surveying and others
$20,000,000 for alternative miscellaneous expenses
By December 31, 2025, Simon plans to distribute 80,000 copies of the "Simon Forever One-Page Book, Forever for Humanity" to fulfill the goals of this initial project in Canada. Thank you for supporting Simon Mission!
